Background
Founded by Francesco Favaro’ in 2010 in Italy, Watergy International Group has expanded its footprint, with distributors and agents operating in various countries, including Italy, Albania, Burkina Faso, UAE, Oman, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. Our collaborations, like the one with Masdar Institute and the CIRIAF of Perugia University in the "Albedo Project for UAE", show our commitment to promoting high Albedo coating systems and reducing CO2 footprints.

We are pioneers in Cool and Cool/Photocatalytic pavement and interlock technologies. Projects utilizing these technologies have witnessed a significant drop in the “Heat Island Effect”, in addition to increasing the longevity of pavements owing to reduced thermal expansion.

Capturing Superior Energy Performance

Watergy International Group has achieved significant accolades. Our high reflective coating technology and cool photocatalytic technology have earned the AD environmental performance Trustmark by ADQCC. The recently introduced HSRS WP Thermo, a state-of-the-art waterproofing and thermal proofing roofing system, has garnered approvals from various municipalities. Its cost-effective and performance-driven design makes it ideal for a wide range of roof surfaces.

Our Cool Materials technology is the backbone of our innovative solutions. Be it paint, coating, a treated metal surface, or tile, the primary traits remain – high solar reflectance during the day and substantial thermal emittance at night. This ensures minimized heat transfer, making environments cooler and more energy-efficient.

Our Commitment to Energy Reduction

Watergy International Group has been actively engaging in international research projects. Our partnership with the University of Sharjah has led to groundbreaking work in enhancing energy production performance in the photovoltaic sector. The fruits of this collaboration were published in the Oxford Academic Journal in February 2019.

Our association with TEC for the “Tunis Economic City” project in 2016 and the pilot project with UOS and the Ministry of Infrastructure development in March 2020, which resulted in a temperature drop of 16°C around a school complex in Sharjah, further reiterate our dedication to creating a sustainable future.
